KTC Distribution produces a pre-packaged “supper meal” called MUNCHITS which is distributed to numerous school districts across Oklahoma. The company, which was launched in 2021, had built its own single-page website which had worked well. However, once they picked up media coverage on television news stations, they realized they wanted a more professional-looking website.

Because the appearance of the website was a motivating factor in company’s decision, we made heavier use of CSS styling to incorporate gradients, shapes, backgrounds, shading, and minor hover effects on buttons and menu items. They also wanted clearer delineation between branding of the company versus branding of the product. It was also important to write marketing copy that sold the benefits of MUNCHITS.

We made the decision to display a map from Google Maps Javascript API with map pins of all school districts serving MUNCHITS, and gave the client a login to add, edit, and delete map pins from the map.
